Solar & Renewable Projects
Roof top Solar
I helped launch two new ballasted solar racking products, both of which have been in production for over 10 years. Ran solar efficiency calculations, layout, and ballast engineering, marketing, and customer service as a junior engineer for a Solar Startup based out of NYC.
Industrial and Automation Projects
Novanta Photonics & Automation
As Product manager for Novanta, I drove Strategy, and P&L for Novanta’s $75M OEM Photonics line. Successfully launched two next-gen electromechanical product platforms, generating $30M in sales and $4M incremental revenue. Implemented a value-based pricing system across the Industrial product line, streamlining processes and increasing quarterly revenue to $19M. Ran Kaizen events, reducing service turnaround time and launching a premium service program for high-value customers, adding $2M in revenue
Consulting Projects
Ann Arbor A2Zero
As part of Michigan Consulting Project, I developed the renewable energy program strategy and roadmap for the City of Ann Arbor’s Solar & Renewables Initiative. Conducted feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and presented recommendations to the City Council and Mayor, resulting in affordable renewable energy for 10,000 low-income households
Velocity Data Centers
I led the strategy consulting project, helping an early-stage startup deploy rapid datacenter infrastructure. I also authored the infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) business model, marketing plans, and Pitch decks for a successful series A funding round. Ran Equity valuation, DCF, and Multiples modeling, Projected growth metrics, and targeted milestones. Helped raise $5M Series A funding.
Powerley Home Energy Management
I led the consulting team through UM’s Energy Club an Energy Management Startup - Powerley. Ran market competitive & benchmarking analysis & presented recommendations for Powerley’s SaaS product in the Home Energy Management, Power, and Utilities sectors. Ran product testing, customer interviews, and user stories developed the 2-year product roadmap, and presented to a satisfied CEO and Board with recommendations to increase Powerley’s rev by $8M
Commercial Refrigeration
Automation & Industrial Projects
I managed the New Product Introduction (NPI) program for Tecumseh Products and Frigoglass Industries, collaborating closely with sales and supply chain teams to successfully launch multiple products. Notable achievements include designing and launching the class-leading ‘Argus’ Condensing units product line, which expanded our refrigeration systems and boosted annual revenue by $11 million. Additionally, I significantly reduced phase one prototyping lead time by 50% by improving our engineering database and adopting lean/agile methodologies. Furthermore, I played a key role in developing and shipping the world’s first open display refrigeration Cassette product for the B2B2C market, securing $200,000 in pre-order sales.

Offshore Construction Projects
I led the Design Engineering team, collaborated with sales and supply chain teams to launch multiple construction projects. Notable achievements include adding $20 million in revenue through special initiatives and developing groundbreaking projects such as the first Deepwater fiber-rope project and modular hydraulic systems. I managed cross-functional global teams, oversaw product development, and optimized offshore marine systems. Additionally, I established effective communication channels and grew the team from the ground up, streamlining onboarding and project timelines.
